In June 1991, Debbie and Jerry Huttula brought their unique brand of quality pizza to Ogdensburg. Our mission is simple and rooted in a deep commitment to great value and well-crafted recipes.

We have worked very hard to build a reputation of providing good family value in relation to our prices. That was always a great challenge because we have been absolutely unwavering in our quality, but the ingredients, such as cheese, have been all over the place in respect to prices.

Our customers are the greatest barometer to our success. When we have people coming back week after week, month after month, year after year... it gives a great indication of what we are doing right, and our customers are a great source of ideas for how we can improve our product in the future.

Today, everything from the dough to the sauce is made fresh daily. Big Cheese Pizza uses freshly cut Galbani cheese, perhaps the most premium cheese available, made locally in Buffalo and purchased from farmers in NY.
